Is hiddencontact® a SaaS model with monthly costs? +
No. Unlike many comparable platforms, we charge no monthly platform fee and no minimum term. You pay once for the provisioning of activation links or NFC chips — after that, no ongoing costs for your company.
What does integration cost for orders above 5,000 units? +
From 5,000 units, we put together an individual quote with preferred tiered pricing — depending on volume, function and branding.
Do you deliver pre-programmed NFC chips, or only digital links? +
Both. You order digital activation links (QR code or NFC ID) directly online. Alternatively, we also pre-program NFC chips with our software — you simply build them into your product.
In what data format do we receive the activation links? +
By default as a CSV/XLS file. For larger volumes or existing ERP systems, we also offer individual data formats and an API connection on request.
Is it possible to order on invoice? +
Yes, for larger B2B orders we offer purchase on invoice with a personal point of contact — please contact us directly for this instead of using the online configurator.
How quickly can we get started? +
Via the online configurator (from 100 units): immediately — digital delivery follows shortly after your order. For individual integration or larger volumes, usually within a few days after a short coordination call.
Does our branding stay in place, or do end customers see "BrandTags"? +
Your branding. The contact page that appears on scan can be fully customised with your logo, your colours and your own links — a white-label experience for your end customers.
What about data protection and GDPR? +
No personal data is publicly visible, and all data is processed in a GDPR-compliant way — no sharing with third parties, no tracking of end users.
